Masindi Tour Overview
Please note: This Safari will depart any day of the week with a minimum of 2 persons booking.
Transportation can either be by a safari minibus or by 4×4 Land Cruiser (Jeep), depending on your choice or budget too.

Masindi Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will proceed to clear with immigration and custom formalities. Thereafter, met by safari driver-guide and drive via Kampala through the Ugandan remote villages towards Murchison Falls National Park. You will transfer to the Ziwa White Rhino ranch and track the Rhinos on foot. Thereafter, proceed for lunch at Masindi hotel. Drive to Murchison’s National Park, hike to the top of the falls, ferry-crossing. Proceed to check in at Paraa Safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Another day in the park!
Morning game drive in the northern bank of river Nile as we look out for the elephant, lion, Cape buffalo, Rhod’schild giraffe, hartebeest, Oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, spotted hyena and if lucky you could even spot the leopard. We will be back in time to have breakfast and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon we take a boat cruise at 1400 hours upstream to the ‘bottom of the falls’. The Nile here gets calm at the base of the falls, we stop a few meters from the ‘Devil’s Cauldron’, where it compresses 47 mt to squeeze through a 6-meter canyon dropping 40 mt with a thunderous roar. En-route, marvel at the, hippos, crocodiles and over this 17 km stretch you may see elephants as well as a lot of bird species like Goliath heron, pelican bee– eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork.

Day 3
Full day game viewing with early morning and late afternoon game drives, all meals and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4
After breakfast, check out and board your safari vehicle, cross the ferry and drive back to Entebbe via Kampala and continue to Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight.
