Kanungu Tour Overview

Please note: This Safari will depart any day of the week with a minimum of 2 persons booking.
Transportation can either be by a safari minibus or by 4×4 Land Cruiser (Jeep), depending on your choice or budget too.

Kanungu Tour Itinerary

Day 1

WAKISO DISTRICT

Met on arrival and transferred to The Boma Hotel Entebbe. Normal check in time is at 1400 hours

Day 2

BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST

An early breakfast, transferred back to Entebbe International Airport to catch your morning Aerolink flight 0700 eta KHX 0845 to Kihihi (baggage allowance is 15 kg in soft sided duffel bags). Upon arrival at Kihihi airstrip, you will be met by Mahogany Springs representative and transfer to the Camp. Rest of the afternoon at leisure – you may choose to enjoy a guided community walk.

Day 3

BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST RESERVE

Breakfast and take a short transfer to Bwindi NP headquarters where you will meet up with excellent local guides/rangers and trackers, who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. Thereafter, hike into the forest with your packed lunch.
Return to the camp and free afternoon/evening to relax

Day 4

ENTEBBE

After breakfast, transfer to Kihihi airstrip for your flight (0945 eta EBB 1125) to Entebbe arriving in time for your onward flight.
